We, at ReputeInfo i.e. BinarySphere Online Services Private Limited and its subsidiaries and/or associates, (“The Company / BinarySphere / We / Us / ReputeInfo”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. 1.3. Information obtained from the account you use to login to the Platform, including your Aadhar Number and GST Information.

Pursuant to the services consumed by You from time to time, We may explicitly seek additional information including payment or banking information. You may choose to provide such information if you wish to use the services provided by the Platform.


We will also maintain a record of the information you provide to us when using customer support services.


From time to time, during your use of the ReputeInfo, ReputeInfo may require access to certain additional information such as SMS and contact details. Prior to accessing any such additional information, explicit consent shall be sought from you. Please note that even after consent has been provided by you, we only read transactional or promotional SMS and do not open, access or read any personal SMS.


2. Information We Collect By Automated Means


By using the Platform, you consent to the collection of certain information, which is collected by automated means, such as your device type, operating system, device identifier, IP address, Aadhar number, GST information, other API data and details regarding your use of the Platform. 


We also maintain some records of users who contact us for support, for the purpose of responding to such queries and other related activities. However, we do not provide this information to any third party without your permission, or utilize the same for any purposes not set out hereunder.


3. De-Identified and Non-Personally Identifiable Information


We may de-identify the personal information collected from you via the Platform and combine it with de-identified information from third parties and publicly available sources.


4. Platform Visitorship Information


We gather information from the Website activity, such as data on the number of people who visit the Platform, the pages they visit, the duration of their stay, etc. Platform visitor ship Information includes the information provided herein, but may not be limited to the same. ReputeInfo, may, at its sole discretion, gather any further information as deemed necessary. 


4.1. Information that is collected on an aggregate, anonymous basis, which means no personal identifiable information is associated with this data.

4.2. Information that is gathered through the use of web server logs and cookies.


INFORMATION NOT TO BE UPLOADED BY THE USER

The User shall not display or upload information on the Platform that: 

(i) belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right;

(x) is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;


USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED


We store the information collected from the Platform, which is used mainly to enhance the end-user experience. The information is processed and analyzed by automated means to offer a variety of features that You get from using the Platform. The information will be used for advanced analytics to offer additional insightful features in future. We may also anonymize (de-personalize/de-identify) Your information we collect and combine it with other information sources for the purpose of advanced analytics and future use cases.


We may use, store and process the information provided by you to:

We are not obligated to store or track your information and may delete any records, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.

However, as required by law, at times we might be required to disclose your personal information including personal, transactional and financial information to relevant regulatory, and governmental authorities and also to our advisors such as law firms and audit firms while responding to request from such regulatory and/or governmental authorities.
