For all other matters, the provisions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall govern.


For the purpose of the Refund Policy, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on Platform by providing data while registering on the Platform as a registered user. The term “ReputeInfo”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean BinarySphere Online Services Private Limited and its affiliates.


When you access the platform you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Refund Policy set forth below and any additional terms of use set forth in the Platform. Amount once paid through the payment gateway as registration fee(s) shall not be refunded other than in the following limited circumstances:


  1. ReputeInfo will review refunds for the specific reasons outlined below, as well as any additional reasons determined at Our sole discretion. In such cases, payments made by Us will be refunded after deducting applicable processing charges as determined by Us from time to time.


  1. If a transaction is hindered by technical glitches involving Our computer, ReputeInfo, and/or the issuing bank, resulting in an incomplete transaction or dual charges for a single transaction (duplicate processing).


  1. Refunds will not be provided for completed work and/or services provided. This includes fees remitted to government authorities, such as taxes, filing fees, and professional charges. No refund will be entertained in case the service gets cancelled due to any infringement of the terms stated in our Terms of Use. 


  1. No refunds will be processed in case the GST number is found to be unavailable or incorrect. It is your responsibility to input the correct GST number to avail the benefit of “input credit” on your GST.


  1. ReputeInfo retains the authority to, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide prior notice, cease offering access to the services, either in entirety or in part.
